Our company offers an exceptional selection of both Arabica and Robusta coffees sourced from various estates across multiple regions in India. We engage in the trade of coffees that exhibit diverse qualities and processing methods, including both washed and unwashed varieties.
Each coffee is meticulously hand-picked and processed in our own facilities to enhance the intricate natural flavors present in every cup.
India ranks eighth in the world in coffee production, producing approximately 312,000 MT of coffee annually, with distinct varieties grown mainly in Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. The two main types of coffee beans are Arabica and Robusta, each offering unique flavors and characteristics.
Arabica and Robusta are the two most common types of coffee beans and are the primary varieties grown in India.
Arabica accounts for about 60% of the production, while Robusta makes up 40%.
Coffee is classified as washed or unwashed based on the processing method. Washed coffee is wet processed, while unwashed coffee is natural or dry processed.
Major Growing Regions: The main coffee-growing regions in India include Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. Karnataka alone contributes around 70% of the country's total coffee output.
Export and Domestic Consumption: Approximately 65-70% of the coffee produced in India is exported, with significant markets in the United States and Europe.
Coffee Arabica and Coffee Robusta are the two principal varieties commercially cultivated in India. These two varieties are classifies as washed (wet processed) and unwashed (natural / dry processed / cherry) based on the method of estate level processing the coffees are subjected to. The washed & unwashed Arabica and Robusta are broadly classified into 4 categories based on the quality standards and the preference these grades enjoy in the world market.

Washed Arabica (Plantation)
Washed Arabica coffee is renowned for its clean flavour profile and high quality. It is also known as "Plantation" in India.
Appearance: Oval-shaped Greenish in colour (Before roasting) and Light to medium brown (after roasting)
Harvesting Period: October to January
Processing method: Outer fruit layers removed
Flavor Profile: Clean, bright, subtle complexity
Grades: AA, A, AB, B, C, PB
Screen Size: 18,17,16,15, 14 and 12
Status : Organic (as per EU Regulation 889/ 2008/ EC).
Unwashed Arabica (Arabica Cherry)
Unwashed Arabica coffee is also known as "Arabica Cherry" in India.
Appearance: Oval-shaped Greenish in colour (Before roasting) and dark brown (after roasting)
Harvesting Period: October to December ( in some regions secondary harvest from April to June)
Processing method: Dried with fruit intact
Flavor Profile: Fruity, sweet, rich
Grades: AA,A, AB,B,C, PB

washed Robusta (Parchment)
Washed Robusta coffee is also known as "Parchment" in India. It's often used in espresso, instant coffee, and as a filler in ground coffee blends.
Appearance: Oval-shaped Pale green to brownish green
